My initial ordering experience was good, but one the the Sherwani was shipped to me with the sizing on the sleeves being incorrect. I was then asked to return the Sherwani, which I did at MY own cost, then I was told that I would have to pay additional monies for having the sleeves fixed. The sleeves were about three inches too short, even after measurements were provided based on the directions provided by your web site they sleeves were still over 3 inches too short. I am in a position where I must have this apparel, I felt as though I was being held hostage and if I did not pay, I would not get my order returned. I would have been happy to pay some of the cost, but to make a customer pay the entire cost, this is simply wrong. I am very disappointed in how my experience started off well and then it went bad after your company had collected my payment. I was not provided any options it was either pay as you are told or you are out of luck. We do not do business like that and I work for a company (HP) that belives in true customer service and we would never make a customer pay to have a problem fixed on a brand new purchase. I will probably never again deal with your company. I will also make it a point to try and inform others of how shabily I was treated and how once you get your money your promise of customer service is thrown out the window and forgotten.
