I ordered this Sherwani on 31 December 2010 and I asked if it would arrive before 27 January 2011. The person I spoke with said it would be in way before then. I got another e-mail stating it would arrive 22 Jan 2011. On 25 Jan 2011 it had not arrived and I called asking about status. The person told me it would not arrive until 3 Feb 2011, exactly one day after my wedding. I told them that, this would not work, and asked for a refund of my purchase. The person then told me he would get it in by 1 Feb 2011. On 30 Jan, I called again, and they told me it hasn't shipped yet, and it won't be in until 3 Feb. Once again I told them they need to refund my purchase, and I would get it from town. This time they said they would ship it right away but the Juti would not be ready. I told them that it was ridiculous, but they should refund me for my Juti. They shipped the product without the Juti and without the stole. They did not take away the cost of the Juti and now I am working with my credit card agency to have the cost taken off my bill. I will continue to tell people about my experiences with this company and inform them not to use under any circumstances.
